  • Tia Livingston

    FOUNDER & CEO

    Tia brings extensive leadership experience in both the health sector and politics, having worked domestically and internationally with prominent organizations such as the World Health Organization, the World Bank, and the International Red Cross. She has built her career through a multidisciplinary approach, skillfully combining robust analytical capabilities with a passion for forging partnerships and developing innovative solutions.

    Tia has pursued a distinguished track-and-field career, dedicating nearly two decades to excellence in multi-event competitions. She has ranked among the nation’s best in the heptathlon, pentathlon, 400 m, 100 m hurdles, and relays. Highlights include achieving U.S. #1 and New Jersey #1 status in the pentathlon in 2016, as well as national leadership in the heptathlon that same year. In 2015, she earned 4th place at the USA Youth World Trials. Tia formerly held the state heptathlon record and continues to hold New Jersey state records in both the pentathlon and the 4×400 m relay.

    DIRECTOR OF CULTURAL & COMMUNITY OUTREACH

    Beverly is an account manager at an insurance brokerage with over five years of experience helping clients navigate complex needs with empathy and care. Known for her affability, attention to detail, and fresh ideas, she leads team meetings with a collaborative spirit and a knack for connecting with people from all walks of life.
    Her past community impact has included supporting organizations like cancer research initiatives, NPR, and PBS. She believes in using her interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and dedication to excellence to help expand opportunities for youth and underserved communities worldwide.

  • Zamira Ysaac

    YOUTH VOLUNTEERS EVENT COORDINATOR

    Former Division I athlete Zamira Ysaac is a highly motivated professional with a passion for pediatric speech-language pathology and a strong commitment to community impact. She blends her academic background with hands-on experience in youth audiology and speech pathology, enriching discussions with real-world insight and skillfully connecting theory, volunteer work, and career aspirations. Through extracurricular mentorship and tutoring, Zamira supports youth athletes both academically and athletically while continuing to explore the role of Speech-Language Pathology across diverse communities in the U.S. and beyond.
